Since 2009, Eric Koston has leveraged his deep appreciation for Nike heritage to influence a number of iconic Nike SBand signature models.

For the Air Max 95's 30th anniversary, Koston led the effort to adapt this legendary silhouette for skateboarding. The resulting Koston Nike SB Air Max 95 is a nod to his early signature shoe designs, bringing back his preferred colors and distinctive details.

The shoe retains the AM95's classic skeletal aesthetic and Max Air unit, but incorporates skate-specific durability and performance updates. These include a leather and suede upper with double-stitched reinforcement in critical zones, plus reduced foam and a herringbone tread for superior board feel and traction.

Nodding to his roots, Koston added his namesake to the tongue and sockliner, along with a custom Thai script Nike detail on the toe-tip, referencing his heritage and prior SB work.
